How do we launch our Ethics Reporting System?

At EthicsGlobal no two organizations are the same, our services are tailor-made. EthicsGlobal guides their clients through the quick and simple process of launching their customized Ethics Reporting System.

In this phase, all necessary documentation on ethics and compliance is gathered, along with any legal information that a client may require. Depending on the hired service plan, we create an information model for the Ethics Reporting System which consists of: the protocol and questionnaire to file a report, the organization's capacity and structure that will give a unique identity to your service. We also suggest the content of the awareness campaign, public website and mention any recommended special characteristics.

Our implementation department is in charge of configuring, parameters and customizing the ethics reporting ecosystem. It also carries out all necessary tests with the help of our development and operations departments. This phase will assure the quality of service and customization we offer.

In this stage the awareness campaign and the personally configured Ethics Reporting System is presented to the organization so they can test and make any adjustments so our platform is to our client's liking before it is launched. Users receive training according to their roles and permissions here.

A date is set for the launch of the Ethics Reporting System and its introduction within the organization begins. The EthicsGlobal team makes the necessary adjustments, additional users are configured and trained and then we are ready for the big launch.

The duration time of each phase varies but is generally short due to our solid internal processes and our ecosystem of online applications developed which are designed and maintained in-house by our software factory.
