1. Controller and scope
ETHICSGLOBAL, S.A.P.I. DE C.V., Mexican Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC) ETH160802QMA, with address at Montecito 38, 42nd floor, office 17, Colonia Nápoles, Benito Juárez, Mexico City, Postal Code 03810, Mexico ("EthicsGlobal"), is the controller for cookies and similar technologies when it determines their purposes and means.
This Policy applies to the EthicsGlobal website, B2B online store, forms, accounts, appointments, newsletter, commercial chat and other digital experiences that link to it. Reports and case files for client organizations are governed by the specific Privacy Notice for the Ethics Reporting System and the relevant client documentation.

2. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores or reads in your browser. We may also use local storage, tags, pixels, campaign identifiers and equivalent technologies. They may be first-party or third-party, session or persistent.
These technologies can maintain sessions and carts, remember language, operate chat, attribute campaigns, measure website use and, when you authorize it, evaluate advertising and conversions.
3. Categories and basis of use
Strictly necessary cookies are used to provide the service you request, preserve security and remember your choice. Optional cookies are activated only after consent where consent is required. General access to the website is not conditioned on accepting optional cookies.

4. How your choice works in Odoo
If you select “Only essentials,” or continue without choosing, third-party services on Odoo's block list remain blocked and the website retains only essential functions. If you select “I agree,” Odoo records your choice and allows the configured optional categories.
Odoo supports Google Consent Mode v2. When Google tags are configured, their behavior must respect the status communicated by the bar. Acceptance does not mean that every listed technology is used on every visit; some are activated only when the relevant service or campaign is enabled.
5. Cookie and technology inventory
The stated duration is the usual maximum and may be shorter because of configuration, region, browser settings or manual deletion. Asterisks identify cookie families. Optional technologies apply only when the corresponding service is enabled and you consent.

6. Providers and international transfers
The website runs on Odoo and may use Google services for analytics, advertising and conversion measurement. Google Tag Manager manages tags but is not itself a cookie; tools loaded through it may set the identifiers described in this Policy.
Providers may process technical information in countries other than yours, including the United States and other locations where they operate. Where required by law, we will use contracts, transfer clauses or other recognized safeguards. See the provider policies linked below.
7. Withdraw or change your choice
You may display the bar again using the following button and make a new choice. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing and does not automatically delete cookies already stored; you can delete them in your browser settings. After withdrawal, optional services will remain blocked on subsequent visits according to Odoo's configuration.

8. Preference signals and minors
Where required by applicable law and technically received by the website, we will treat a recognized preference signal such as Global Privacy Control as the corresponding opt-out request. The website and B2B contracting are not directed to anyone under 18.
